The Role
It was exactly the type of placement I was looking for in terms for giving me some focus for my future career plans.
The team were welcoming and it did not feel like you could not ask for help if you needed it.
Assigned a mentor, would have weekly review sessions to check my progress
Usually would have at least one task to continue with or complete in a day.
I was solely in charge of one of my projects.
The internship has improved my communication skills within a working environment.
The Company
People were friendly and outgoing.
Set up very well, very much focused on my own personal development.
My mentor in particular was keen to what I could personally gain from the internship in terms of skills.
I would be great to get onto the graduate scheme despite how extremely competitve it is.
The Culture
Interns were in various different offices, but there were a few social events.
Central london is expensive, particularly considering it is not a paid placement.
Plenty of nice pubs.
Could volunteer at a number of CR UK events.
