The Role
Had great opportunites to develop wide range of skills and work with a varied group of people.
Feedback was given by all members of the team and mangement and had lots of support and encouragement.
My supervisor was always there if I needed anything.
Some days would be very busy while others there was not much to do, this was a good balance.
As project manager it is my responsibility to deliver the project.
I will be taking a project management unit in my final year. Lilly helped me choose my options and develop my final year project idea.
The Company
Good balance of fun and quiet.
Lilly have been running this scheme for a long time and made it very easy to settle in.
I had a lot of opportunities to develop and get involved in things outside of my job role.
