The Role
I really enjoyed my internship
I got along well with my team - we had many team events
My team was always happy to help
I had very busy days followed by not-so-busy days. Would have been nicer if they were more soread out
I would have liked to get more responsibility but I did find that the responsibility given to me increased as I proved myself
I have completed my degree so this point is not relevant for me
The Company
Generally positive with good relationships between team members
Generally fine but on occassion it felt like it could have been more structured to ensure all insures have a similar experience / opportunities
I would have liked to have more technical training
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Was offered a job with the team half way through my internship - the issue of headcount was secondary as my team liked me and therefore wanted to keep me on
The Culture
Yes - there were plenty of events organised for the interns
It was not cheap but relative to other areas in London, this area offered very good value for money
This area is not designed for nightlife - but other parts of London were easily accessible for this purpose
Plenty of opportunities but I was more focused on my role and did not make full use of them and therefore cannot comment fully on this point
