The Role
Was a good experience. Lots of hard work
They were usually fairly busy and this was reflected in their feedback
I was given support when I asked for it. My development officer was always up for a chat however
The nature of the work meant that I had many late nights/early mornings
There were times where I ha a lot of responsibility especially when people were on holidays.
I study mechanical engineering and hence what I learnt did not help my degree. I did learn key financial skills however.
The Company
Always buzzing, lively atmosphere
It was well structured, good breadth of lectures/seminars and experiences
Lots of events, training
Financial Bonus
Not great, market conditions are not too good
The Culture
Yes, once work was finished we would socialise
London is very expensive
Great nightlife, places for everyone to go out
A few sport events/fun runs
