The Role
It was great but really tiring!
To begin with this was quite hard as there wasn't much work on but when we were busier I did do some interesting things and the staff always thanked me for my help.
Generally they were really good.
This varied quite a lot so the first two weeks were slow but the last three were far busier.
Naturally you have to show you're competant by doing the lower-level stuff first but then you get to deal with clients more and have a greater role - which is great!
This was a great opportunity to develop skills like time managment and team work - that sounds cliched but you have no idea how much free time you have at Uni until you're in full-time work!
The Company
An away day helped to bring the team together and was really fun, but lots of people are out with clients so that broke up the team quite a bit.
Generally it was well organised but there were some things which could have been better.
We had a 3 day intensive training course to begin with and lots of training throughout the internship.

I start in Autumn 2013!
The Culture
We were geberally split up at work but we went out as a group and often had luck togther and stayed in touch via email etc.
Birmingham can be a bit pricey but we know some good student bars!
There were mostly sports clubs, which is great if you like that sort of thing! There were some pub quizzes too.
