The Role
I loved going into work! The people I worked with were helpful and easy to work with, the work was valuable and useful as well as challenging.
I felt like I had something useful to offer and that my comments/thoughts were valued. When I had a question I wasn't made to feel stupid either!
I got proper performance reviews, and some informal guidance too.
Nice and busy, but no-one stressed about me going home at a sensible time!
I was given a meaty project to take on and run, with some help when I needed it.
Totally opened my eyes to a new career direction!
The Company
It was an office, not a party! But the atmosphere was relaxed and pretty informal.
Not perfect, but once I was in place it was fine.
I could have had more training, if I had needed it.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Above 25 days holiday
I want to work for them when I graduate.
The Culture
The other interns were very sociable, my colleagues less so.
Bristol is pretty dear.
There is a huge amount going on in Bristol- every type of nocturnal fun!!
There was a well organised Apprentices Association which covered interns and grads too, as well as lots of things that we organised for ourselves.
