The Role
Everyone was always willing to help and definitely got a lot of praise on my work.
It depends. My real supervisor left me to do my own thing, whereas my second supervisor was very supportive and always willing to help and answer questions.
Some very busy days where I had a lot going on. Some very dull days where I didn't have much to do but at the internship level you can always find someone to shadow if you're getting really bored.
A good deal of responsibility.
I have learnt a lot and there has been plenty of application to my study
The Company
Not too quite, not too mad. A good and relaxed office scene.
Very organized and structured. Though on a large scale, I'm not too sure of this as JLR are just emergying and have a lot going on.
Great. We even got ELS money which can contribute to any exercise such as painting/horse riding/DIY.
awesome company and lots of career development opportunities. A really structured approach to promotion as well.
The Culture
All the interns bonded really well as they lived together in student accommodation! Made it one of the best parts of the internship. A LOT OF FUN
Generally, the midlands are quite cheap! Birmingham is not too far!
Not the BEST, but it's what you make of it! Lemington Spa is meant to be really good!
I'm sure there is a lot, but at the internship level not much.
