The Role
It was an enjoyable six weeks, particularly the residential induction which was a great opportunity to meet other interns.
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
Setting targets was interesting but not particularly useful at this time as the internship was quite short.
There were some days when there was not much to do and others lots so overall a good balance.
I was given tasks that a graduate would be given which was very insightful. It was assuring that my work was also checked by someone else though.
I definitely developed skills in how to manage a working day 9-530 as opposed to student life!
The Company
It was very friendly and nice that there was free fruit!
The whole internship was extremely well organised and run, I was very impressed.
The company did a lot to help the interns develop.
I am looking forward to starting with PwC next year.
The Culture
After getting to know other interns at the induction it was good to have this social group.
I lived at home so it was normal for me
Stayed at home
I've heard there are sports teams to join when you work full time but I didn't participate in these during my internship.
