The Role
An amazing experience.
Extremely values - we were treated as people doing something special, not just interns to dump work on.
Amazing support from all those around me.
Massively busy, but that's because we were given room to push the boundaries and do amazing things. It was our call to put in the extra effort.
A group of four of us developed a full product from scratch and had to pitch it to those inside and outside of IBM.
Not only was the technical side a massive opportunity for experience, but we were surrounded by professionals and coached in presentational skill.
The Company
Excellent - it has the feel of a start-up with everyone pitching in and having a laugh.
Really well - 12 weeks isn't a long time, so it was rushed, but well done.
Essentially the whole of the lab was at our disposal - if we needed help, someone was there.

All 16 of us were offered jobs at the end.
The Culture
We were an extremely close group, made some great friends.
Reasonably expensive, but not terrible.
Good, some cool stuff around.
Lots of stuff going on, although there was enough to do for the projects!
