The Role
Sometimes I would have liked even more of a challenge.
I felt very valued as I think I could help them perform at their jobs with more ease as I took over some of their duties.
The weekly 1:1s and talks to senior management were really helpful throughout!
Some days I was very busy, other days I was not.
I was left in charge of one programme completely which was looking after 10 other people.
I've learned a lot about time-management and communications.
The Company
I really enjoyed being part of a team of "grown-up", strong, independent women!
The structure of the placement was very well thought through!
A lot of talks and skills sessions!
Company Parties/Events
I've decided to accept their graduate offer.
The Culture
Yes, a very friendly atmosphere
London and the institutions we went to were quite pricey unfortunately.
Good, but expensive.
There was the CSR challenge, a company run and others.
