The Role
i learnt a lot. had the chance to talk to senior partners, pick their brains a bit. also met with a lot of like-minded people, that i still keep in touch with. the activities opened my eyes gave me a taster of real life work.
VERY. expect to be assessed left right, centre. but it's good experience. just be prepared for it.
it was more an introduction cum assessment programme, so no actual responsibility.
The Company
it was pleasant. everyone so positive, and the staff that came obviously loved their work.
we were briefed thoroughly, and were informed of any changes, so we always knew what was going on.
they made it clear that the programme was for us, and really encouraged us to make the most of the opportunities available.

The Culture
yes, we got to mingle with the partners, but it wasnt really my style so....
it was free actually. all expenses paid for :)
we were knackered by the end of the day, to be honest.
