The Role
It involved group work and one to one interaction with the staff which was key to enjoying the experience
The networking session was helpful in making us feel valued. The employees wanted to give us tips to join the bank
Application tips, CV tips and presentations were given to assist us through the process.
Quite busy as presentations had to be given and work shadowing was also to be done
Not a lot as we were spring interns
Team working and organization skills were further developed which helps in group projects wt university
The Company
Everyone was hardworking which provided excellent motivation
Short but sweet insight into the company and division
Team working and interviews were taken to assess us and help us with our summer internship
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Growing bank so needs fresh graduates.
The Culture
Everyone was willing to help each other.
I had to commute everyday to work which was quite expensive
We did not have the time to experience this
Some employees mentioned them but I am not too sure
