The Role
I enjoyed working with the people
Got a lot of respect from my work colleagues despite the fact that I was merely just a student.
The pharmacist helped me in my learning and pointed me in the right direction anytime I needed help
The pharmacy was very busy on a daily basis .
I was allowed to give some OTC counselling which has improved my confidence in talking to patients. Also, my dispensing skills have improved.
All of the things I have learnt/ experienced from the pharmacy is helping me with my degree and has allowed for me to look at my degree from a whole new perspective.
The Company
Was a comfortable, nice working environment.
Very good organisation.
I got a good pay, but besides that they did not help much with my transport or anything.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
It would be nice to work with Lloyds in the future....But will keep my options open for now....But will not turn down a job offer from them .
The Culture
There were organised meals and a few laughs - there was a good balance between work and play.
Not much socialising.....Stayed at home - so always went back home to the family.
I am not a going out person, so wouldnt know.
There are clubs and activities around but I was always too tired to take up anything.
