The Role
Very enjoyable place to work. Everyone is very interactive and helpful.
Colleagues value interns like full-time employees. Given usual project work like everyone else.
Managers are usually very busy with very limited/no time to guide the junior employees so on that part, you really have to push hard to get guidance.
I was very busy most of the times and found it hard to maintain a balance. Had to stay in office to finish work even after midnight many days.
Was given a lot of responsibility which was unheard of in internships so learnt a lot about managing expectations and responsibilities.
Learnt a wide variety of skills which will help me for a long time and assist in degree and afterwards.
The Company
Offices were quite welcoming places to work apart from some client sites.
Placement was organised very well and there were processes in place so that things work in an orderly way.
Had a 5 day induction week and a couple of skills workshops.

The Culture
Fellow students had a brilliant social scene. HR department also organised many social and networking events.
It was a good balance as I stayed in both London and outside.
It was reasonably good however I didn't participate too much.
Many opportunities including gym, sports, networking clubs and societies, volunteering, team building etc.
