The Role
Great, intelligent community and a fast-paced working environment, love it!
Smart manager and a good team lead, international group of colleagues where mutual respect is natural.
They manage things in a smart way and give you the mix of freedom and responsibility you could seek.
Ad-hocs could block hours, day-to-day activities also take a good amount of time, but it is involvement in different projects that is the most demanding.
In the first month of the training I had to lead training for senior organisation members on an international level! And that's just 1 out of tens of activities!
Great networking, challenging environment, intelligent colleagues helped me reflect on my skills and build that which is weak and improve my strong points too - anything from teamworking, time management and critical thinking!
The Company
Fun and inspiring.
Quite flexible - you're there to work!
Manager spent time personally on a bi-weekly basis!
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Top EU and international employer!
The Culture
Great - a lot of other interns in the organisation so I could network on many different levels.
I am working in the HQ in Germany, far cheaper compared to anywhere in the UK.
Fair - in the end it's up to you.
Vast number of opportunities across all types of activities.
