The Role
The work was very challenging in the timeframe, but highly enjoyed it
From those colleages I spoke to, I felt valued.
A lot of support and guidance was provided to ensure the project was completed on time
For the timeframe, we had too much to work to do.
We were given sole responsibility for our project.
Programming skills were greatly improved
The Company
A lively atmosphere, and colleagues were approachable
The placement was well organised, but the project spec wasn't specified enough.
Not much training was undertaken because of the time constraints of the project.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
The work is very interesting, but I think the company would not provide enough international travel for me.
The Culture
Yes, as there were quite a number of other interns working over the summer.
Fairly cheap considering where we were based.
Nightlife was pretty good, with larger cities around the area.
A large number of activities outside of work were organised by other interns.
