The Role
Well balanced with on the job training, formal training and networking events
I was treated like a full time staff member.
My manager was not only easy to approach but also proactive in ensuring I developed my skill set.
I was busy on a daily basis but never had to stay excessively late.
I gained confidence and developed my communication skills but the technical aspect of the job was very different to my University course.
The Company
It was relaxed but also highly professional.
It was clear that the internship was organised carefully, with a strong structure.
The company went the extra meal to ensure we had a great experience.

The Culture
Yes there were volunteering events and meals organised in the evenings.
Drinks and food were expensive, you would need at least £40 a week.
There were many bars, and within an easy tube ride many clubs.
Yes, I played cricket and football with colleagues as well as embarking on a volunteering day.
