The Role
Such varied work, was really enjoyable with a fun team
First few months everyone was so helpful, everyone had time for me, after that they then became like family
Loads, if I ever had any problems I could go and talk to anyone about it to be honest
Very varied, when all the accounting reports were due we were very bus, the weeks after that was pretty relaxed
A surprising amount, I was taken a back at first but with the help of my team I manage to complete everything to a high level and was given so much help with the hard bits I was unsure about
Report writing, taking calls, running meets, time managment, the list goes on
The Company
So much banter! Everyone got their work done, but it was with a joke and a laugh as we did it
It was a placement, so we had structured training at the start and then just got chucked into the deep end with our team and was treated like any other sort of employee
So much, training covered literally everything we would ever need, and there was so much of it. We even got training on how to talk more confidently...
