The Role
Good experience, made friends that will be important contacts later on
Good, several graduates and HR workers were about examining us on various skills
Lots of feedback on practise assessment centre and what we should be doing
It was at the conference centre so you couldn't really hide away from it! We were pretty busy all week but wasn't under any sort of work pressure
We didn't do much work, it was more just presentations and learning how to pass interviews
Really well - should be able to nail interviews now :)
The Company
We were all excited first years wanting to get on the career ladder!
Really structured, everything was set out and planned hour by hour
It was a hole week of personal development, learning new skills, interview tips etc..
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Got a job :)
The Culture
Everyone use to hang out in the common rooms/gym/pool in the evening
It was all on expenses
Not at all we were at a conference centre but there was a bar and pool..
Not really, we were all put up in a hotel so just hung out and chatted
