The Role
Was good insight into the working world!
Everyone came over in the first few weeks getting to know me, and by the end we had insight jokes and I went out with quite a few of the lads often
Everything was explained in simple steps whenever a project was a new piece of work
Not that busy, but at times it did get really busy
I was sorting out all the insurance claims and doing important reports and spreadsheet work
Really good, was a totally new field I had never done work in and ended up working and getting a contract extension!
The Company
Everyone was really nice and chilled out, quite a few chatterboxes in the offce too!
First week was general training with other departments and then specalist training. The hole team was expecting me
Lots, they got several people in including a speaker on how to talk more confidently!
Flexi Time
Company Car
International Travel
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Got a contract extension and permanent job offer :)
The Culture
We use to go out mid week (naughty people!)
