The Role
I enjoyed my placement very much, it was what i expected and much more.
I was treat like a regular employee, most people didnt even think i was a placement student.
There is always someone there to give advice. I was encouraged to continuously ask questions.
Work varied but there was always something to do. During quiet periods you can ask your coleagues if they need assistance.
Instant responsibility (under supervision) where my work was always inportant and valued by everyone concerned.
In some ways the placement was relevant to my course but most importantly the professional skills i developed will stand me in good stead in future employment.
The Company
Friendily, relaxed and professional.
The placement is extremely well organised including a 4 day development workshop where your profesional skills are tested and improved.
They were always encouraging me to attend courses and development oppotunities.
