The Role
Good mix of work/social scene, felt valued by the firm
Everyone in the office was chatty and very accommodating, I definitely felt that my input was valued
I received lots of guidance when I was initially set tasks, however I only had limited opportunities to get help whilst completing them.
Workload was fairly variable; some days I would have 5 or 6 large tasks to complete, others I would have 1 project that was relatively simple to complete.
Got set a few tasks where I was the only person working on them, and a client would be expecting an answer shortly; lots of responsibility.
It would have been good to have more training sessions etc to help develop commercial skills.
The Company
Friendly atmosphere at all times, but a very heavy emphasis on work first.
Everything ran smoothly.
I would have preferred a few more skills sessions etc.
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
In process of applying at the moment.
The Culture
Fairly good social scene, though lots of work meant time was limited
Office in the centre of London so very expensive
Good, but limited as long workdays
Opportunities with sports teams and societies
