The Role
I really enjoyed working there! Some days were challenging as i didnt know what to expect but the team made it enjoyable.
I was valued alot. My team ensured I was comfortable with the tasks set and were always available when I needed advice. Great team morale.
My managers were both fantastic who supported me throughout. They were always directing me in the right direction to develop my skills.
was good balance. some days were just general office admin work but some days were always rushed with customers - was a good mix
I was given some responsibility of looking after customers and ensuring payments were up to date. I wouldnt say i was running the show but I was given the right amount of responsibility... If i ever found myself becoming to comfortable my manager would give me new tasks and challenges
I think the skills developed will help me with any job and my degree. Became more confident and i was able to learnt how you run your own business - very valuable indeed!
The Company
Was very fun!! we had great relationships which made it easy for the day to go by
Was planned and structured very well - I always knew what to expect.
I recieved valuable training. the first week I was training all week with different managers and other new colleagues who had started. Every 3 months we would head back up to headoffice for more training. We had a folder which guided us on what day to day tasks we should be completing which helped with my development.
Company Parties/Events
Luckily i got a job with them and am even currently working part time with them whilst completing my studies.
The Culture
Yes!! We always communicated and all got along..still keep in touch with them
I worked locally to my branch, so this was not a problem.
Night life is fine, as birmingham and wolverhampton are near by I have the flexibility of quite a few areas.
There were charity events which staff could participate i.e wolf run, cancer research run
