The Role
Loved every part of the 6 weeks. Yes - it was challenging at times however I still really enjoyed it!
Everyone made us feel so welcome. A few of the top directors didn't really give us much time but that's understandable.
We had a people manager however I didn't have much interaction with them as mine was away alot of the time. However in my team I had a manager who was really good and was always giving me feedback and helped me with any problems I had.
The first couple of weeks was fine but by the end, there were alot of days when I had no work however I was proactive and asked to do alot of shadowing which was always welcomed.
Not a great deal however the work we did have was of great importance and we were trusted with it.
It have given me vital skills including team-working, communication and networking which was always emphasized as important!
The Company
Quite quiet at times as everyone was working however still a good atmosphere.
We had a 3 day training event at the beginning and also a further development day half way through the 6 weeks.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I got an offer of a graduate scheme when I finish University.
The Culture
Yes - everyone was friendly and went out socially.
I lived at home so saved money. Going out in London can be expensive but when you get to know the cheaper places its fine.
Its London - so very good!
There were sports groups however I did not get a chance to attend any however when I start next year.. its certainly something I would think about.
