    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • There were some slow periods but it was a 12 week placement so I guess they did not want to intimidate you too much!

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • More than I expected from a summer placement but understandably I was not quite 'running the show' as the 10 star merit requests. I was given a huge amount of responsibility and the opportunity to feedback and make changes on core parts of the business which was incredibly exciting.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Unilever is truly committed to people, whether you are the CEO of the company or a summer placement. I went on courses, attended workshops and was given constructive criticism which will stay with me whilst I apply for graduate jobs.
