The Role
Very enjoyable range of experience, not just in IT risk assurance but other lines of service too!
You really are a PwC employee for 6 weeks and you get treated like it.
Everyone is willing to give you guidance and help whenever needed.
Some days were quite in my department so I was given work in other departments to do which was a really good thing because I got a broad experience of PwC.
I was doing real work for real clients with deadlines and by the time I had visited my second client, I was given as much responsibility and my more experienced colleague.
I have improved all skills needed for a career in business and finance.
The Company
Very friendly, engaging and challenging.
Company Parties/Events
I got a job offer and subsequently decided I would like to move office so had another interview in that office and got the job there. The internship gives you a big advantage as you have a lot to talk about!
The Culture
There was however, in my office there were only 3 of us on this intake. It would have been better if they had included us in the earlier, larger intake.
I lived here already so could stay at home.
It's good in Bristol however I didn't really use it during my internship.
I wend on a social with all the young trainee accountants in Bristol and also was invited to team meals out.
