The Role
Was often quite hard to play an active role in client-work due to lack of experience but everyone was more than friendly in taking the time out to explain the processes involved in Valuations.
Fortunate to have an extremely great personal mentor who was always there to answer a few questions when I needed, subject to availability as she was quite busy as well.
Given client work to do as well as the compliance work which always needed attention. Was given an intern project to work on in teams as well as having the opportunity to work in different branches of PwC and shadow a director.
Assisted in actual client-work and formulated spreadsheets to be used by the company in later cases of debt valuation required by clients. Unfortunately had no direct exposure to clients.
The Company
Often quite quiet - not as busy as in the London offices but all staff members were friendly and made themselves available if required
Would have liked it to be more structured in terms of the client work/exposure I was given or the size of the team in which I worked
