The Role
I had a good summer, but not an amazing summer.
My colleagues did seem to care about my experience quite a bit.
I was largely left alone by my supervisors, which was difficult.
I was either bored or too busy, nothing in between.
Very little responsibility for obvious reasons (e.g. not registered)
I learned some useful interpersonal and delivery skills.
The Company
There were a lot of concerns about layoffs.
Very well organized.
I truly appreciated the commitment of senior staff to the internship program. I could have used more "training" though.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I am joining full-time.
The Culture
There was some competition between certain individuals, but it was otherwise very collegial.
Very expensive.
Very boring part of town.
An average number of opportunities.
