The Role
The work from the investment bank perspective was accurate and covered everything I expected, i personally did not enjoy all aspects of both my rotation though
People were friendly and helpful. But I wouldn't go so far as to say they were family.
This was the best part of the internship
A good balance. I liked the first rotation more than the 2nd. The second rotation had days where it was difficult.
Not as much responsibility as I would have liked
An excellent peek into the world of investment banking. The best place to work for i guess.
The Company
People were upbeat and jovial
The internships process is extremely smooth right from day 1 to the last day
I dont think i could have expected more. they delivered on all the check boxes.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Got good reviews and feedback from both rotations.
The Culture
Yes. The 4 of us who interned together had a good time in london
London is an expensive place but the internship stipend covered it all.
On 5 of the 8 weekends we were in london and could experience the nightlife here :)
London provided most of these opportunities plus we had the company sports teams that we could work and play with. I particularly remember practicing with the DB cricket team in Lords
