The Role
Very enjoyable internship which was both challenging and rewarding
Steep learning curve but if you put in the effort your colleagues will more than look after you and value your work
Initial 2 days of training, online support and careful guidance from both your personal people manager, buddy and the team you work for
Started slowly but eventually very busy, but if you are efficient it is a manageable amount. You get out what you put in!
The lessons I learnt I will be very useful in my career. Both people and business skills
The Company
Work hard, play hard
Initial training and then thrown in at the deep end. Assigned a manager and then put to work straight away.
Lots of very good training and social events to become more aware of the company and its employees
Company Parties/Events
Given a graduate role for 2013
The Culture
Although not run by PwC, the interns where very sociable and strong relationships were formed
London is, as it always has been, very expensive but the wage was more than enough to cover this
London is a great place to live over the summer
