    • I enjoyed the varied work that my internship entailed

    • Throughout the process I felt very valued by my colleagues who treated me as an equal

    • My manager was excellent in providing my with tasks and guidance as well as pushing me to explore my interests while at the bank.

    • Although at times I didn't have much to do on the whole my task flow was managed very well

    • I was given a large amount of responsibility during my placement including being involved in working on tasks and presenting to Managing Directors

    • I feel that the internship prepared me excellently for my dissertation in my final year at university

    • I found the atmosphere very welcoming and it was always an enjoyable place to work

    • The internship was structured very well with many speaker sessions and events spread throughout the 10 week process to ensure that interns got a wider view of the bank and weren't purely focused on the division within which they were postitioned

    • I was extremely impressed with the amount of time people devoted to training me.

    • As the office is situated in London the cost is very high

    • Huge variety of places to go to

    • Obviously the majority of time is spent working however there is still enough time to socialise outside of work
