The Role
Great place to work, with highly skilled and friendly colleagues.
In a role with significant responsibility, so felt valued and able to make my views heard.
My manager was very knowledgeable of the company and the industry, as well as the internal systems. She was always willing to help.
Always something to be done, but not so much that I felt 'snowed under'.
High level of responsibility from day one. Client facing role working with wide range of retailers.
I felt the skills I learnt were highly transferable, but didn't necessarily link that strongly to my degree studies.
The Company
Relaxed and focused in a difficult environment.
A well designed scheme with plenty of learning opportunities
Good investment in basic skills training, especially in IT. As well as job specific training.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would definitely work for this company again.
The Culture
Yes, shared housing and became friends.
Far cheaper than my current University town.
Distinctly average, but not too far from London.
Lots of sports activities at the on-site sports centre.
