The Role
Great team, very social colleagues and interns
Very helpful and considerate
Less contact with senior figures
Work varies depending on time of the year as well as client request. But was well occupied most days with a good balance.
Similar level of responsibility as is given to the new graduates. With just as much support to help you through as well.
The Company
A good balance allowing you to concentrate on your work without feeling like you're sitting in silence.
A different approach to other corporates. Less structure and more specific to the team assigned. Possibily more useful to engage in work and social aspects.
Very much dependent on the type of work assigned to you, dependent on the team you are in.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Great place to start a career with huge support on pursuing professional qualifications.
The Culture
Great group of interns, very social.
Fairly expensive as it's London. But plenty of free drinks from colleagues to make up for it.
London, always somewhere to be/something to do.
Football on a weekly basis as well as the opportunity to play cricket against other firms.
