The Role
There was a good friendly atmosphere within the office with co-workers.
I feel my mentor particularly made me feel very valued.
Great mentors were provided.
At the beginning of the internship, I felt very underused. However, towards the end, I was happy with the contribution I was making towards the project.
I was given a great deal of responsibility, particularly towards the end of the internship which I really enjoyed.
I feel that the skills I have gained in dealing with people more senior to me have really benefited me.
The Company
Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant.
I was quite disappointed initially with the set up of the internship, however towards the end it became more valid and important.
I feel that I wasn't given the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of areas and was only able to be in one area. However I was pleased with my experience in the department I worked in.
The graduate programme is encouraged.
The Culture
Yes, there was a good social aspect of work.
Very reasonable.
Brilliant, Manchester is a great city.
There were a few social organised activities over summer.
