The Role
I really enjoyed working within Argos
The people within Argos were great when I started and made me feel welcome
The training was useful however wasn't done as soon as I arrived.
Depending on the time of year I could be really busy, however if I wasnt there was always something to be getting on with.
I had input with decisions.
It has given me a huge insight into how a multi national company works.
The Company
When the work load was busy we settled down, however working there was great fun.
The placement started off slow, but as time passed I gained more experience and responsibility.
I has the opportunity to develop my personal skills through training sessions.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
They want placement students to return
The Culture
We all got on really well, and regularly met up and went out together.
For a city, just outside London it wasn't too bad. On the wage I was on, I was able to live comfortably and go out regularly,
No great - not much to comment.
I was involved in numerous activities outside work; skiing, stag weekends, football teams, dodgeball and many more.
