The Role
I enjoyed meeting new people and found them all to be really friendly but occasionally found my allocated work a little tedious.
Really felt like part of every team from day 1.
Frequent contact and meetings from managers to help with any issues.
Generally had sufficient work to keep me busy but not too much to stress me out.
As far as is possible and legal I was given responsibility and ownership.
I fell that it gave me an insight into and the skills necessary for a career in the financial sector.
The Company
Really young and friendly!
Very well oganised from day 1.
Treated as if I was already an employee.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Got offered a job and accepted.
The Culture
One of the best aprts of the company.
Commuted from how so very easy and cheap.
Really good.
Frequent emails for socials, sports etc.
