The Role
I was given a good level of responsibility from the first day. I worked on a variety of projects and found the work very rewarding and the team really friendly.
The team were very helpful and I was made to feel welcome from the start. I developed strong relationships with all the team and felt very valued.
I was given a great level of support from my manager.
I was given a range of projects to complete, which filled my time suitably. I was working at my own pace and work comparable hours to the existing staff.
I had two projects which I complete responsibility for, I had support but the work and conclusion were mine to compete.
I gained an excellent insight into the industry and developed my work ethic.
The Company
The atmosphere was professional but relaxed. Every member of the office was approachable with a very strong social aspect.
The internship programme was very structured and provides all the support I could have wanted. We benefited from internal lectures and talks from the CEO.
There were a series of lectures which provided training on aspects of the firm. We also had the opportunity to meet and talk with member of each of the different department which we might n9ot have worked with directly.

After my placement I was offered a permanent role.
The Culture
There is a very health social scene in the company and the industry as a whole and we made to feel welcome at a range of events we attended during the period.
Working the West End of London was relatively expensive to socialise.
The nightlife was great with the best bars and clubs in the West End within short reach of the office.
The firm organises a variety of social and sports clubs which everyone at any level is welcome and encouraged to join.
