The Role
2 Social aspects with the other placement students were very enjoyable but the work environment was not.
2 Frequently asked what I was actually meant to be doing for my job and often my boss could not answer this question well
My line manger was too busy to see me regularly. Often not even on site.
I managed my time effective and proactively managed to fill most days.
I feel I was given a lot of responsibility with project management.
I did learn a number of transferable skills I will be taking and applying again.
The Company
Often negative but some laughs. Often not feeling that included.
Fairly loose organisation but due to the loose scope of work being done.
Not a great deal was done except for utilising existing training material.
Company Car
Not the type of job for me.
The Culture
Yes, by fair the best part of the year
Expensive for student living but a nice area.
Very quite but we still had fun
Weekly football was fun but stopped due to lack of numbers.
