The Role
A great 6 weeks, with lots of time with clients.
Everyone in the office was really friendly, and whilst on client sites I was fully integrated into the team, with real responsibilities.
There was always sometimes to talk to if I had any problems, and I was in regular correspondence with my people manager.
The second week was fairly quiet, however I was with clients for 4 weeks out of the 6 weeks, during this time I was very busy.
I was given a large amount of responsibility when with clients, and worked with the rest of the team towards the completion of the Audit. I regularly had to speak with the Financial Controller and Financial Director at client sites, which was a great experience.
Working within a team during the internship will help in group projects and exercises this year.
The Company
Everyone in the office was really friendly, and we were invited to the office ball which was a really fun night.
The first three days were training away from the office, where we had both team building exercises and classroom lessons.
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
I played sport within the office, as well as going out with some colleagues on a few occasions.
I was in the south east, so it wasn't cheap.
We were integrated into the football team, and I also played tennis when on a client site with the clients and the team.
