The Role
Challenging with high responsibility making me feel like an important member of the organisation.
Given high responsibility making me feel trusted.
With a friendly workforce a member of the team was always there to answer or help deal with queries.
I had a steady workflow but were a lot of days where there was high pressure into getting work done
I was given high responsibility allowing me to feel trusted.
I have developed my IT skills and general management skills from management of my own projects.
The Company
The general atmosphere was friendly
It was very organized in the end after a few obstacles, which is bound to occur in such a large organisation and high new starters.
I believe i was able to get high skills and training from the placement.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
I would want to go back to the organisation and now have good connections within the business.
The Culture
The students are all friendly, and there are many social events throughout the week and weekends.
I live at home, which saved a lot of money but residency and socialising within the area is average.
The nightlife is very good and there are many places to visit, with student nights with lots of discounts.
There were many social events such as, go karting, paint balling etc
