The Role
Great fun, interesting work.
Lots of support, didn't have to worry about asking questions, even if they were simple.
Plenty of interesting work to do, but also time to sit and have a break, play table football etc.
Great programming experience - not particularly useful for degree, but will be useful for work.
The Company
Frequent nerf gun battles...
Have done internships at the company for the past two years, both times very well organised, and very open to suggestions/comments along the way.
Lots of training sessions for graduate employers, so got to take part in them too.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
All working in different departments so didn't see each other all the time, but still a good atmosphere and meeting up a few times.
Same as university prices - stayed in a house with my college.
