The Role
Vey good. I had a good mixture of work which gave me a real indication what it would be like to be trainee.
My colleagues were very nice. Very welcoming and gave me a lot of their time.
My supervisors gave me support throughout the placement and guided me through the unfamiliar tasks.
I was kept relatively busy. Towards the end of the placement there was not much I could do, but I got a good mix of experience.
Not a great deal of responsibility, although this was very understandable.
I continue to use some of the things I learned now.
The Company
Very friendly, but professional.
Organised very well.
It was only a short placement, so I was only trained to complete the necessary tasks.
National Travel
I have a training contract with them.
The Culture
I regularly have an opportunity to go out with colleagues.
Not particularly cheap, but not bad.
Pretty good. My office is fantastic at setting up events to include everyone.
There are always things going on, some organised by the social commitee or just meeting up with colleagues.
