  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • It was a learning curve and very enjoyable!

    • Everyone was very involving and welcoming

    • Regular meetings with my team leader and placement tutor makes you feel supported along each part of the placement

    • Each day is different but often don't realise the time due to being busy, however not too stressful

    • This is progressive and I do have more responsibility than I did at first!

    • This depends on the degree module but it will be very relevant to some

    • Very laid back but everybody works hard

    • Regular meetings and visits out of the office makes the experience structured

    • This builds over time, however there is regular opportunities for extra training

    • They are very appealing but it is all down to your own work to get them!

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • It depends what you make of it, if you want to build a social life amongst colleagues then the opportunities are there

    • I lived at home so cannot comment

    • There is a nightlife in and around Northampton

    • Not really, although there are running and sports clubs
