The Role
It was a learning curve and very enjoyable!
Everyone was very involving and welcoming
Regular meetings with my team leader and placement tutor makes you feel supported along each part of the placement
Each day is different but often don't realise the time due to being busy, however not too stressful
This is progressive and I do have more responsibility than I did at first!
This depends on the degree module but it will be very relevant to some
The Company
Very laid back but everybody works hard
Regular meetings and visits out of the office makes the experience structured
This builds over time, however there is regular opportunities for extra training
They are very appealing but it is all down to your own work to get them!
The Culture
It depends what you make of it, if you want to build a social life amongst colleagues then the opportunities are there
I lived at home so cannot comment
There is a nightlife in and around Northampton
Not really, although there are running and sports clubs
