The Role
Throughly learnt about the organisation and what they they stand for and how they market themselves to the general public
I was included in all of the team meetings and conference calls within my team.
I was told what to do, however had to find out how to do it myself, but this gave me a good chance to learn.
It varied dependant on the day, Fridays were very quiet.
I managed my own time and tasks.
What I learnt on this placement I would have never gained from just studying my degree alone
The Company
There was a good atmosphere with lots of laughter, it was a very loving and helpful environment to work in.
It could have been better, but nevertheless I did learn lots when I was there. There was also time for training which was beneficial to me.
Yes, during my year there I had around 7 trainings in areas which I wanted.
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Healthcare from home
Very appealing, I managed to get a full time offer once my studies have finished.
The Culture
Yes, there were work drinks every Friday!
I lived at home, however the drinks and cost of socialising did become expensive
Not too sure, just stayed for drinks then made my way home.
None that had formally been planned - you had to organise these yourself.
