The Role
The technology exposure is unmatched and the opportunity to learn is unlimited.
as not working directly with engineers in test engagements, value not appreciated as much i felt deserved.
Other than mentors, management was not very involved in personal development apart from attaining qualifications.
Learnt how to manage work according to priority, urgency and importance. This enabled to spread tasks through out the day/ week.
Administrating a part of the service for about a year without assistance, which improved skills i.e time management, communication, presentations e.t.c
Joined with no practical experience and minimal technical knowledge, and have a gained bountiful experience and technical knowledge greatly improved.
The Company
Although not much team building exercises, learning atmosphere was good.
The structure has greatly improved throughout my stay
Although exams provided my the company were encouraged, not much other training was provided to do with other technologies.

All team mates are friendly and happy to assist.
Expensive accommodation, good shopping town center.
Fun, young crowd.
Getting involved in charity events is regular.
