The Role
The best job ever indeed! Helped me grow as a person.
The best work enviroment, where you feel valued at all times. Enormously supportive and encouraging enviroment.
I think one of the main reason people do well in Southwestern's program is the great training people are given not only in the beggining but throughout the whole summer.
I am placing a 10 even though we were super busy. The reason for that is I strongly believe that the harder you work, the more successfull you are in life. We we extreamly busy all the time but our hard work did pay off.
I was running the show. I ran my own business for the summer and I was allowed to make all the decisions myself.
I think the program definitely gives you skills for life since no matter what you do in your life, you always need to know what's the best way to present yourself and your ideas to others. In my opinion very few internship programs teach motivation, discipline, perseverance and long term thinking.
The Company
Another great thing I learned from Southwestern was you always have to have fun while working. It makes every job so much easier.
Things were planned throughout the whole school year and everything went smoothly through the summer.
Trainings, seminars and team- buildins are organized throughout the whole year. Not only we learn a lot in the summer time but also during the school year.

The Culture
Perfect indeed!
Stayed with a host family for the whole summer and managed to keep my expenses low. I also met thousand of families and made great friends.
I focused on my summer business and dedicated myself to what I do and experienced the nightlife after I got done with the program.
For the 13 weeks I spent working for this program I felt like a part of the community just by doing my job. Our host family was also an amazing support and made sure my roommate and I experience the American culture.
