The Role
I really enjoyed it as I got a lot of valuable experience, however in the last view minutes I became very stressed as I was very busy so this put a slight negative on the experience.
Very valued, they took my opinions in to account, and my manager included me in all decisions.
A lot of support, my manager ensured that I took an interest in many aspects in order to get the mosty out of my placement.
Very busy, but this meant I got a lot of experience
I led my own projects which was very useful for my development
Definitely help, I worked a lot on digital, and media etc. which has already helped me secure other placements and a part time job
The Company
Office was quite dull and professional atmosphere, however this is to be expected due to the nature of the company
I don't think there was much planning behind what I experienced, i think i was just lucky i got a great manager! Not all placement students followed the same experiences
I was able to go to conferences and training events to develop my skills.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Car
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
There are not many entry level jobs available within the company unfortunately, and the grad scheme is not something I would like to participate in as it is not focussed in the function I want my career to be in.
The Culture
I lived with other students, and got along great! We also used to socialise on weekends with other students
It was average price, not too expensive
Nothing special but it was ok to go for the odd night out, or for a meal.
There were a few opportunities, but these weren't regularly advertised
