The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my work experience and was surprised how quickly the time passed. I was also surprised how much I benefited from the experience in such a short period of time. If invited back I will not hesitate to return.
Santander offered the perfect balance to really develop a personal and professional relationship with colleagues.
Great support during and after my internship.
The internship gave me the opportunity to structure my own time and with the support of of my colleagues I ensured that I effectively maximised my time.
I was given the responsibility to help formulate a strategic business plan for a new Corporate office and despite my initial reproached views the plan was used. The responsibility varied depending on ability and ambition and really catered to the most able and ambitious individuals.
Throughout my university career and personal and professional life the skills that I learnt shall be effectively used. Everyday I furthered my understanding and gained a great insight into the bank and the financial market.
