The Role
I really enjoyed working in a talented and diverse team, all of which were working on individual and interesting projects and I was given the opportunity to take part in all of them.
The people within my team were welcoming from my first day, and have always provided me with help or assistance whenever I have needed it.
My Managers could not have been more supportive, and were brilliant at making me feel welcome within the team.
I had a healthly balance of work.
I was given a fair amount of responsibility, but was still given sufficient guidance through my tasks.
I have developed a range of skills, which complement what I have previously learnt in my studies.
The Company
It was a friendly atmosphere and culture which allowed you to settle in quickly, however a sense of seriousness was maintained so people were able to concentrate.
The team who set up my internship and onboarding were highly efficient and helpful.
Everyone was very helpful and I was given many opportunities to have development training.
I would very much like to continue working for this organisation.
The Culture
My team were very friendly, as were individuals from other departments.
