The Role
The Placement gave experience in a real work environment and allowed me to enhance my skills to a professional level.
I was treated as an equal member of the team.
I was provided with guidance and able to ask my fellow collages questions in their areas of expertise.
This ranged with the intensity of the project, some days there would be little to do and other days you would be swarmed with work.
I was treated as an equal member of the team and given the same level of responsibility.
The research practices and methods I learned at Telesoft have come in very handy when researching material for my final year dissertation.
The Company
Generally quite but talking and socializing was not discouraged.
The overall experience was good, I got much more out of it than I had expected from a placement.
I was given training in my key work areas.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Great, I will be going back next year on their graduate program.
The Culture
This was minimal, although a few of us would meet up on occasion and go out for the night.
The immediate area was expensive and anti-social, I would recommend living in Bournemouth or Poole and commuting.
The nightlife consisted of a few local pubs.
Not that I was aware of.
